We are looking for experienced professionals from diverse backgrounds and industries to join the Oasis for Girls Advisory Board. As an Advisory Board member, you will join a dynamic network dedicated to expanding our reach, deepening our community impact, and shaping a brighter future for the girls we serve.

What You Bring to the Table

1. Lived Experience or Professional Expertise: Skills in fundraising, finance, HR, marketing, event planning, or nonprofit growth—or a strong desire to learn them alongside a supportive team.

2. Community Alignment: A strong connection to the Bay Area and a desire to reflect and lift up the young women we serve.

3. A Heart for Equity: Passion for social justice, youth empowerment, and women’s leadership.

The Commitment

Term: A meaningful 2-year commitment to grow alongside our organization.

Time Investment: ~10 hours per month (including board meetings, committee work, special initiatives and events).

Engagement: Attend at least 80% of board gatherings and participate in annual give/get fundraising goals (with full support and tools provided by our team).

Passion: Share our mission to uplift young women in San Francisco.
