SF-based and female-founded snack company CompletEats is throwing a complimentary fitness party to reveal the launch of their newest cookie
About this Event
Join us as we reveal the newest flavor as part of our plant-based cookie line! We have partnered with Leah Recania to lead a 45 minute workout at PowerPlay SF, followed by a guilt-free ice cream bar featuring Re:THINK Ice Cream and toppings by Bloom Caramel, Becca's Petites snack mix, Love Lil Bucks sprouted buckwheat and of course CompletEats cookies. We're also staying hydrated with cold brew teas by Tenderleaf and feeding our muscles post-workout with Ripple's nutritious pea milk.
To celebrate and give back to our community, we are having a raffle with prizes from our sponsors with all proceeds benefiting Oasis for Girls, a non-profit benefiting young women from under-resourced communities in San Francisco.
Cookie Itinerary:
11:30am- Welcome and flavor reveal
11:45am- HIIT workout with Leah
12:30pm- Nourish, hydrate, and mingle!
1:15pm- Announce raffle winners
1:30pm- Leave with a full belly, new friends, and hopefully a little sore!

Due to construction, please enter through Mission Rock St through the Strata entrance. Don't worry, we'll have signage and somebody help direct you to the party! (Update 7/26: there is no longer construction! Please enter through the main entrance on 4th Street.)
Just bring yourself or a friend and get ready to sweat! Please wear athletic shoes and clothing. No need to bring a yoga mat.
About CompletEats
CompletEats is a plant-based snack company based out of San Francisco founded by Lauren Chew. She founded the company last year after her stepmom had fully transitioned to a plant-based diet for the health benefits. Her products are distributed throughout the Bay Area and are also sold online on CompletEats.com and Amazon. CompletEats cookies are vegan and gluten-free and are made with simple ingredients that you can pronounce. Have your cookie and eat it too!
